Rougemont Gardens were described by one Victorian writer as 'a gem set in the heart of Exeter'. The same description could easily be applied to The Rougemont Hotel, an elegant Victorian hotel situated close to the mainline Exeter railway station. As one of the few hotels near Exeter City Centre, you’ll find the City’s fine shopping and many ancient buildings, including its Roman walls and 12th Century Cathedral, just a short walk away. We have 98 bedrooms and Suites, the majority of which are newly refurbished. We also have a newly refurbished restaurant and 10 meeting rooms, the largest of which seats 300 people theatre-style, making us a popular choice for business meetings and seminars. With our elegant appointments and luxury setting, The Rougemont hotel is also one of Exeter's leading wedding venues. Luxurious, comfortable and convenient – the perfect combination.

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting Exeter and North Devon College ahead of their graduation ceremony, with graduates joining us for breakfast, gowning and photos at the hotel.

It was wonderful to be part of the build-up to such an important milestone and to see the hotel filled with excitement for the day ahead.
