With summer holidays coming to a close before you know it it’ll be Autumn. Are you planning an October half term short seaside break?

Look no further - we only have availability in 2026 for October 4 nts 26-30 half term and November 6-13.

Location: Filey North Yorkshire and East Coast beaches.
The best part of Filey’s sandy beach is the wildlife. Trek out to the north and find Filey Brigg: a stretch of stony land that protrudes out into the ocean, and is teeming with rock pools to explore. There's also the sculpture trail along the beach, and a series of colourful chalets dotted along the coastline that are available to rent. To the south of Filey are Bempton cliffs a world famous RSPB site noted for the birds colonies. Filey the ideal place to stay for a peaceful summer holiday by the sea.

- Number of Guests: 2- 4 (double sofa bed.) plus infant in travel cot.
- Ground floor modern open plan apartment.
- Bedroom: Large kingsize bed, Smart TV
- Cooking & Eating: Open plan Kitchen/dining area

Filey is between Bridlington to the south and Scarborough to the north and has a variety of beautiful beaches and coves within five miles.

I am the fortunate owner of a very well presented and furnished ground floor one bedroom apartment, sleeping 4 with a double sofa bed in lounge at the Award Winning holiday resort of The Bay in Filey.

Throughout the year I rent it out at what I consider to be the best value for money on the complex.
2026 has been no different, we only have two breaks remaining this year. See our website for over 100 5* reviews from happy customers.

The site has a pub serving food, a shop and a leisure centre which includes a free swimming pool , quality gym, sauna and steam room, there are many on site activities that can be utilised FOC with a leisure pass included in each booking.

The beach is a 10 minute stroll. And is pet friendly throughout the year.

The site is very pet friendly as is the apartment and being situated on the ground floor it is easily accessible for disabled guests!
