Look no further than Denby Seahaven at the prestigious, dog-friendly resort The Bay Filey, North Yorkshire.
We are really busy with our regular returning guest’s and have only two summer short breaks left in August , we are then fully booked until October 16th -31st.
Plenty of Autumn/Winter dates available and even Christmas if you can plan ahead.

Denby Seahaven is a 1 bed ground floor apartment sleeping up to 4, bathroom with large walk in rainfall shower - finished to a high spec and decorated with our special touches - and just 10 minutes walk to the award-winning beach.

With an outside garden, furnished patio area and bbq, which can be contained with an enclosure, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind!

I am the fortunate owner of a very well presented and furnished ground floor one bedroom apartment, sleeping 4 with a double sofa bed in lounge at the Award Winning holiday resort of The Bay in Filey, North Yorkshire.

Throughout the year I rent it out at what I consider to be the best value for money on the complex and 2026/27 will be no different. Proving to be as popular as ever we only have two August short breaks left before October half term, Christmas is also still available.

The site has a pub serving food, a shop and a leisure centre which includes a free swimming pool , quality gym, sauna and steam room, there are many on site activities that can be utilised FOC with a leisure pass included in each booking.

The beach is a 10 minute stroll. And is pet friendly throughout the year.

The site is very pet friendly as is the apartment 2 dogs are welcome FOC and being situated on the ground floor it is easily accessible for disabled guests!
