Five years ago today Joe's Beach House Filey became a reality for our family. It has been hard work with many difficult times. A steep learning curve.
Tonight, we are grateful for all the happy memories made in Smiley Filey.
For the wonderful guests that have stayed again and again at Joe's and shared with us their fondness for our little piece of heaven in North Yorkshire.
At a time when the world seems so fraught and filled with unkindness, we are grateful for our health, our family, friends and the lovely people that we shall meet tomorrow.
