With Anchor Bay Holidays – I just got recognised as one of their top fans! 🎉

Joe's Beach House Filey became part of the Anchor Bay family in March this year. It has been a fabulous season with Anthony and the team taking care of our guests, Joe's itself and us as owners.

What is on my mind?

Honestly, absolute joy.

We are in the final throws of the "high" season, we have bookings through September 2026 and into October 2026.

Anthony and the team at Anchor Bay Holidays together with my super human cleaner Kenny have made sure that guests can focus on enjoying their holiday.

Many repeat bookings from the same families which is so reassuring because no-one would rebook three times in one year at a destination that wasn't fabulous!

2027 calendar is already open and has already got bookings.

Thank you for making Joe's Beach House a success and a place to rest a while and make memories.

So lucky to have Scarborough Open Air Theatre on the doorstep. We went to see Deacon Blue, utterly amazing. Looking at guests reviews it's clear to see that many of our guests are enjoying the Summer music at Scarborough too! Swimming, singing and dancing keeping us young

Walk to Filey along the beach from Joe's Beach House Filey, picnic on a bench in Filey with this lovely view.
One of these paths leads down to the sea, the other is a folly.
