🌟 EV Charging 🌟

To help keep everyone safe and ensure our park facilities are used correctly, we'd like to kindly remind everyone that electric vehicles should not be charged from caravan power supplies.

🔋 Please use the designated EV charging points available on park, which are specifically designed to safely charge electric vehicles.

Charging an EV from a caravan supply can put additional strain on the electrical system and may present a health and safety risk. By using the dedicated chargers, you're helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone.

👀 If you happen to see an electric vehicle being charged from a caravan or pitch supply, we'd appreciate it if you could let a member of the Reception team know. This allows us to address the situation quickly and keep everyone safe.

UNEXPECTED UPDATE: fans

We were alerted to an issue with our Boiler by our current Returning Guests of many years. They informed us on Monday that the boiler wasn't igniting properly and was intermittent with lighting to provide hot water.

After contacting our Gas Engineer' straight away, who visited promptly to check out the problem, it was found that it required a part ordering. Unfortunately, said part required was currently out-of-stock and no date from supplier for when it would be available.

Our Gas Engineer then managed to source a New Boiler, which has been fitted this morning within a couple of hours.

Our current Returning Guests Emma & Lewis have since reported back to us, Hot Water has now been restored and the Shower appears to be 'Hotter than ever', having already been tested out by Lewis, so please take extra care when showering. Singing in the shower isn't compulsory but maybe required or necessary 🫢😂

We thank you both for your understanding & patience during a situation that was totally out of our control 🥰
