For your comfort, the number of dogs allowed depends on the size of dogs and number of people occupying the cottage. Full weeks Saturday to Saturday and short breaks of 3 or 4 nights also available. Two minutes walk from a
long sandy beach, town centre and the start (or end) of the Tranpennine Trail. Great for the family, cyclists or runners due to off road tracks. Perfect location. The cottage is central heated with radiators in every room and a gas fire stove in the living room. It has an instant hot water boiler. There are smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Free WiFi. The cottage is very comfortable and is really home from home with books, games, record player and Wii games console, games and 2 controllers. Comfortable sofas and beds with memory foam toppers for added comfort. All bedding is provided and the bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as toilet rolls. The kitchen is well stocked and includes cupboard non perishable basics like tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil and condiments. Downstairs :Kitchen, Living Room, bathroom and good sized hallway. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite toilet and sink. Secure garden with pond (please supervise small children), garden furniture, parasol and BBQ area. For your dog, there is a medium sized dog crate in the cottage together with dog bowls, old towels, throws, poo bags and treats. The garden has a high fence or hedge the whole way around. The hedge has mesh inbetween. The gate is 3 foot high and if required can be adapted to make higher (around 5 foot). Towels and tea towels are not provided - please take your own
