We have had some lovely feedback after our weekend in the dark:

‘Great Hotel
We were looking for a venue for our golden wedding anniversary and we found one.
We were looked after well by everyone the food, drink and accommodation was excellent.
Unfortunately on our last night there was a power outage (not their fault) the great service continued we were fed and watered in the evening then again the next morning all by candlelight. THANKS’

We are still experiencing a power outage across the whole village. The pub will remain closed today. We have tried to contact anyone with a reservation.
