We hate to say it but there’s just a touch of autumn in the air. So time for a couple of new dishes. This one is cornfed chicken supreme, hen of the woods, romanesco and potato fondant with a beer and maple reduction. It’s proving very popular!

Richard Swindall is one of our most regular guests. You will often find him in the lounge with his Guiness. At 91, he still races his bright yellow Lotus in his age category and drives the length and breadth of the country most months.

We want to be like him at 91!
