This spacious apartment on Ebury Bridge Road, Victoria, needed much more than cosmetic updates. The layout felt dark and disconnected, and the interiors were dated and hardly fit to welcome modern short-let guests in such a prime location.

We worked with the landlord on a complete renovation to unlock the property’s potential.

✔️ Redesigned the layout to open up the space and enhance natural light
✔️ Installed a new, modern kitchen
✔️ Created generously sized bedrooms for group and family stays
✔️ Furnished with a thoughtful mix of new and second-hand pieces
✔️ Styled each room to feel calm, modern, and welcoming

This one-bedroom flat was purchased at auction and turned into a premium short-let. The landlord hired us to manage the entire transformation, which became one of our most rewarding projects.

What we did:

✔️ Redesigned the kitchen in partnership with Howdens
✔️ Oversaw all construction and managed contractors
