Meet Inner Fire - our answer to summer in a glass.

Crafted by the Fitz’s Bar team and served by Tim, our Head Bartender, this cocktail blends rum with bright notes of strawberry, pineapple and coconut, before a mezcal ice lolly slowly melts into the drink, adding a delicate smoky twist that evolves with every sip.

Refreshing at first. Smokier by the end.
