Our vision was to create a collection of individual hotels, not a chain, where guests could enjoy the unique architectural features and interiors of these historic properties whilst experiencing a superb level of comfort and service. Hand Picked Hotels is a collection of very individual country house hotels located throughout the UK and the Channel Islands. We have significantly invested in the hotels, not only to restore their beautiful architectural features and historical quirks but also as appropriate to introduce a more contemporary design. There is something rather special about seeing a country house become part of a couple's love story.

The excitement of the morning, those first few steps down the aisle, photographs taken in the gardens and celebrations that carry on long into the evening. Every wedding brings new memories to our houses, and it is a privilege to be part of them.

From the historic surroundings of Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa in Northamptonshire to the romantic gardens of Chilston Park Hotel in Kent and the Palladian elegance of Buxted Park Hotel in East Sussex, each offers its own beautiful setting in which to begin married life.

Over the next 100 days, we will be bringing together all the details that make Christmas feel like Christmas. Trees will be dressed, menus meticulously prepared, fires lit and familiar traditions readied for another year.

Because the moments we remember are often the ones we return to. The same place around the table. A tradition passed from one generation to the next. Familiar faces welcomed back through our doors.

In 100 days, it will all be ready.
