Something fresh is coming to East Street… introducing (F)EAST STREET PRODUCE MARKET 🥕🥖🧀🐟💐

Curated by Newquay Farmers Market, with the support of and LoveNewquay, we’re bringing even more brilliant local produce into our beautiful town.

And just to be clear — we’re not moving! ❤️

(F)East Street is a brand-new ADDITION to our much-loved Newquay Farmers Market at PROJECT EIGHTY THREE , at the other end of town, which will continue every third Saturday of the month as usual.

We’re simply spreading the farmers market love a little further across Newquay! 🙌

Our FIRST (F)EAST lands on:

📍 East Street, TR7 1BU, outside the Post Office

Expect a proper feast of fresh local meat, fish, cheese, artisan bakery & patisserie, beautiful flowers and seasonal veg — all from fantastic independent producers.

It’s about great local food, brilliant small businesses and community — bringing producers and people together at both ends of our town. 💚

🏖️ Peak season starts tomorrow! ☀️

All 9 of our Newquay beaches will now be open and patrolled by our lifeguards every day from 10am–6pm:
�📍 Crantock, Fistral, Towan, Great Western, Tolcarne, L***y Glaze, Porth, Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth

With the glorious weather set to continue, make the most of the sunshine by choosing a lifeguarded beach and keeping these safety tips in mind:

🟨🟥 Swimming or bodyboarding? Stay between the red and yellow flags
⬛️⬜️ Surfing, paddleboarding or kayaking? Use the area marked by the black and white checkered flags
🌊 If you get into trouble in the water, Float to Live – tilt your head back, relax and control your breathing until you can call for help or swim to safety
🙋 If you need assistance from the lifeguards, raise one arm and we’ll come and help you
