The sun is shining, and the river and walks look very inviting. We unexpectedly have this weekend available in our old mill cottage at a special price of £330 for the weekend. We have a couple getting married this Saturday and I intended to out up our "JUST MARRIED" lovely cotton bunting banner, however on going to get it out of it's usually cupboard it has gone, together with our "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" bunting. Obviously someone felt they had a right to just take them. It is very sad that we can't leave things in our cottages which are to enhance peoples holiday, without some people deciding they can just take them. I am very disappointed. We have lots of really lovely guests but the odd few nasty people just spoil things for everyone else.

FLOWERS IN EVERY ROOM FOR OUR NEW GUESTS ARRIVING TODAY.

Our two cottages, restored watermill annexe and our shepherds hut are full this weekend and are all ready for guests to arrive. Cosy Egyptian cotton sheets are on the beds, fluffy cotton towels on the towel rails, milk, juice and butter in the fridges and flowers in every room.
Next job, to make them all homemade bread for their arrival.
