🌟 We are hiring 🌟

Bartender / Server & Social Media Content Assistant

Wath, Ripon (HG4 5EN)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident and reliable Bartender / Server to join our team. This is a varied role where you’ll take ownership of the bar and restaurant on quieter days, while also working as part of a team during busier shifts.

In addition to front-of-house duties, you’ll support the General Manager with creating engaging social media content — including photos, videos, and ideas for events or themed nights.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality but also has a creative side.

Working Hours
Regular shifts: Wednesday and Thursday evenings (until close)
Occasional weekend shifts to cover holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the bar and restaurant independently on quieter days
Work collaboratively with the team during busy service
Carry out end-of-day duties including cashing up, cleaning, and locking up
Maintain high standards of service and presentation
Capture photos for use on social media
Collaborate with the team to create video content (e.g. reels)
Contribute ideas for events and themed nights
Requirements

Essential:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
Creative mindset with an interest in social media
Some experience contributing to or managing social media content
Aged 18+ due to lone working

Desirable:
Experience planning events or themed nights
Knowledge of line cleaning
