Fish and chips, but done the Aurum way.

With the bi-fold doors open from Aurum Restaurant, our summer terrace brings together relaxed dining, coastal air and views across the Thames Estuary.

Enjoy our Bar & Terrace Menu with small plates made for sharing, from Peking duck rolls, chicken tikka and halloumi fries to honey ranch popcorn prawns, smoky chipotle cod bites and grilled king prawns.

For something more substantial, choose from gourmet sandwiches, burgers, linguine pasta, beer battered cod or Caesar salad, alongside a drinks list of cocktails, wines, spritzes and chilled classics.

A new month begins with a little more sunshine, and the long weekend almost here.

This bank holiday weekend, Aurum opens out onto the terrace, with the bi-fold doors from the restaurant leading towards views across the Thames Estuary.

Strawberry Daiquiri in hand, sunlight on the terrace, and the calm of a fine dining setting by the sea.

There are few nicer ways to pause the day than Afternoon Tea by the sea.

At Aurum, our new Afternoon Tea brings together classic finger sandwiches, warm oven-fresh scones, Devonshire clotted cream, Tiptree strawberry jam and a selection of handmade pâtisserie created by our pastry team.

Elegant, seasonal and served in the calm surroundings of Seven Hotel, with the Thames Estuary just beyond the windows.
