Shangri-La is back!

After years away, the Southend original music night returns — now situated downstairs in the basement of the Royal Hotel, taking place on the first Friday of every month.

One month: original music.
The next: alternative comedy.

SANDY BALLS is the comedy edition. A vigorous evening of alternative comedy, novelty offerings, speciallity acts, unique guests, and s**t like that.
