We’ve had a few of you asking about our calendar for next year, so we wanted to share a quick update regarding the Easter holidays.
Easter is arriving incredibly early in 2027! Because of this and the notoriously unpredictable early-spring ground conditions, we have made the decision not to open for the Easter 2027 weekend.
As much as we love kicking off the season with you, our priority is always the safety and comfort of your stay. Opening too early risks soggy pitches and stuck vehicles, so we are going to give our ground a little extra time to wake up, dry out, and get absolutely perfect for the sunnier months ahead! ☀️🌱
🗓️ Looking for a different date? Our 2027 bookings are officially open! You can book your favorite spots up to one full calendar year in advance on our website and prices are frozen with zero price increases for 2027.

We love a good campfire story, two of our youngest campers completely stole the show. They took it upon themselves to educate all of us here at Springfields on the impact of plastic in our seas, sharing some incredible facts and reminding us all why keeping our spaces green (and blue!) matters so much.
As if saving the planet wasn’t enough, these two superstars also smashed their goals and gained a whole stack of guiding badges during their stay with us! 🏅

We had some unexpected VIPs fly over Springfields on Sunday! We were so incredibly lucky to see the iconic Red Arrows zoom right past the campsite.
Now, if you look closely at these photos... it might feel a bit like a game of ‘Spot the Ball’ (swipe to zoom in on our tiny red dots! 🔍😂). Camera phones definitely don’t do justice to how spectacular it was in person, but hearing that roar and seeing them streak across the sky was absolutely amazing.
The best part? Sharing that “Look up!” moment with our wonderful fellow campers, everyone pointing at the sky together. Memories like that are exactly what camping is all about. ⛺️✨

Last night’s sky at Springfields Campsite reminded us just how blessed we are. No matter how busy or chaotic the day has been, nature always knows how to hit the reset button.
