✅ Sutton on Sea paddling pool reopening

We're pleased to confirm that the Maple Leaf Paddling Pool in Sutton on Sea will reopen at 10am on Saturday 8 August, after essential works to install a new structural pool tank.

We know many residents, families and visitors have been disappointed by the closure and subsequent delay to reopening this summer, and we'd like to thank everyone for their patience while these vital works were completed.

We're delighted that the pool will now be available for everyone to enjoy throughout the rest of the season, remaining open daily through to the usual closing time around the end of September.

Thank you again for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing families making the most of this much-loved, free facility over the weeks ahead.

NT Sandilands is a lovely place to go. Not far from Sutton on Sea. 5mins by car or walkable along the prom.

Brilliant news everyone. Sutton on sea has retained its Blue flag status for 2026. Confirmed by Keep Britain Tidy as one of the cleanest and safest beaches in The UK. WELL DONE TEAM.

Work started on Broadway car park. If you need a bottle bank, there are some in the Beach Bar car park now.
