With great pleasure we welcomed Mr Marco Pinna , Export Manager of Azienda agricola Romano Dal forno , and Bill Liu , China Brand Ambassador, to our office for an exclusive tasting featuring the newly released 2011 Amarone (launched in 2026) alongside the 2019 Valpolicella.

The session offered great insights into Dal Forno’s heritage, distinctive terroir, grape harvesting protocols, vine cultivation and core winemaking techniques. The 2019 Valpolicella is opulent and expressive with dark fruit and spice notes, while the library release of 2011 Amarone indicates the extraordinary ageing potential, barely showing its age despite being 15 years old.

We were impressed by the wines and shared positive feedback. Looking forward to further learning, close collaboration and bringing more premium Dal Forno fine wines to the market!

New Arrival | Élise Bougy 'Le Mont Chainqueux' 1er Cru NV

A laureate of the Prix des Artisanes by LVMH, Élise Bougy has rapidly emerged as a defining voice in contemporary grower Champagne, practicing biodynamic viticulture with a commitment to low-intervention winemaking.

'Le Mont Chainqueux' is a Premier Cru Blanc de Noirs from Les Mesneux. This cuvée is sourced from a single parcel of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier co-planted in 1965. With 60-year-old vines and zero dosage (Brut Nature), this wine emphasizes structural tension and mineral purity.

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in oak foudres and barrels; no added SO2; bottled without fining or filtration.
Tasting Profile: High-toned red fruits and citrus zest, balanced by a sharp saline acidity and a long, chalky finish.
Price: HKD 1,550/BTL

Domaine Bourdy 窖藏老年份系列 🍷

在法國汝拉（Jura）產區的 Arlay 村，Bourdy 家族的釀酒傳統已傳承 16 代。2022 年，接力棒正式交給第 16 代繼承人 Laura Bourdy—— 酒莊歷史上第一位女性掌門人。

✨ Domaine Bourdy Château-Chalon（汝拉黃酒風格）
產自酒莊僅半公頃的夏隆堡核心葡萄園，汝拉黃酒的標桿之作。酒液在 80 年舊橡木桶中，經歷超過 6 年的「不添桶陳年」，表面自然形成的酵母薄膜（Sous Voile），賦予酒款獨特的氧化風味與極致複雜度。
