We have an exclusive boarding and drop off point at Akkarakalam Memoirs, our 150 years old our heritage home located in a 7 acre farm, away from the tourist rush of Alleppey. We are in the heart of the backwaters with access to paddy fields and villages, for a true countryside experience. Pick up & drop at Akkarakalam Memoirs and Kumarakom is an additional Rs.1500/. For all the guests who are boarding and drop at Akkarakalam Jetty, we provide complimentary village walk, a paddy field walk, fishing Rods and country boats canal cruise for a closer look at local life. Our honeymoon guests are offered a complimentary candle light dinner. Dining
The food is prepared on the boat by our chef. Meals are prepared with the freshest ingredients from our personal kitchen garden and farm. Lobsters, fish and mussel are bought/ fished from the local fishermen. Expect authentic flavours & warm hospitality. Our dining room is also covered with glass walls, so there is air conditioning and the view of the backwaters at all times.
