Wenn ihr schon einmal bei uns wart und vielleicht das ein oder andere Mal eine Kuhglocke gehört habt, dann wisst ihr jetzt, was es damit auf sich hat. 🔔🐄

Mit dieser Glocke gibt uns die Küche Bescheid, dass euer Essen abholbereit ist. 🍽️

Haben wir die Glocke vielleicht schon ein bisschen zu oft gehört, sodass sich mittlerweile eine gewisse Hassliebe entwickelt hat? 😂

Aber ganz ehrlich: Ohne sie würde uns wahrscheinlich etwas fehlen. ❤️
Se siete già stati da noi e magari avete sentito qualche volta il suono di una campanella, ora sapete finalmente di cosa si tratta. 🔔🐄

È proprio questa campanella che ci avvisa dalla cucina che il vostro piatto è pronto per essere servito. 🍽️

Forse l’abbiamo sentita un po’ troppo spesso e, col tempo, si è sviluppata una certa relazione di amore e odio? 😂

Ferragosto al Ritsch 🌸🩷

Un aperitivo in terrazza, a godersi gli ultimi raggi del sole durante la magia della “Golden Hour”. 🌅

L’aperitivo a base di sciroppi floreali fatti in casa e spumante altoatesino, accompagnato naturalmente solo dal meglio: il nostro filetto di manzo proveniente dalla nostra azienda agricola e tante altre delizie da assaporare insieme.

And just like that, I feel at home.

At peace.

It’s as if my heart knew this place long before my feet ever touched its soil.

The mountains are powerful—perhaps even a little overwhelming—as though they are here to guide you. To remind you of your limits while encouraging you to reach beyond them.

Now I sit here, gazing across endless meadows, wildflower fields, and majestic peaks. The animals around me belong to this place, fitting into the landscape like the perfect pieces of a puzzle. Everything exists in perfect harmony.

And in my heart?

I feel nothing but gratitude—for being here, for breathing this mountain air, and for living this moment.
