Guided by Werner Briedenhann, Head of Sales at Waterford Estate, the evening brings together carefully selected w**es and a menu signed by Chef Govinden, from hot and cold canapés to creamy prawn risotto with smoky basil, duck breast with forest berry jus, braised wild boar and a white chocolate dessert with vanilla and hazelnut crumble.
