Guysers B&B for men is a gay owned B&B situated in the heart of Rotorua City, North Island, New Zealand. Guysers is located just a a few minutes drive to the restaurants, shops, bars, the Rotorua lake front and many tourist attractions. Offering 2 well-appointed stylish upstairs rooms with dedicated bathrooms and comfortable beds, rooms also include tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and a min

i-bar with a selection of drinks and snacks available. Beds have summer or winter-weight duvets depending on season. The house is heated with a large gas fireplace in the lounge and the bedrooms also have oil or panels heaters so the indoor spaces are always warm (clothing optional if you wish). Guests are free to use the shared lounge which has a distinct Balinese style décor and dining room and we have a sunny clothing optional garden and courtyard area with a deluxe spa pool and sun-loungers (for sunbathing during our summer months). We have free Wi-Fi and offer free transfers to the airport or CBD. We can also assist you with area information and tour bookings and in many cases get your discounts into certain tourist attractions. Payment is by cash or Internet Banking on arrival in New Zealand Dollars only (sorry we do not have card facilities). Guysers is for booked-in, checked-in guests only. NO friends of visitors allowed on the property without prior consultation with the hosts. NO hookups allowed onsite (this is not a motel unit, it's a private home). Hi guys, I know many of you have tried to make a booking with us, but we are often fully booked. I can tell you from May until October we have plenty of availability. Now is the time to book if you'd like a few days break away in wonderful Rotorua. Maybe try ziplining or whitewater rafting or get your dose of thermal water at one of Rotorua spas (of course in our hot tub you dont need swimwear!). There is heaps to see and do in Rotorua or you can just relax and chillout at Guysers B&B.

We went to Hobbiton the other day. So awesome. The new Hobbit House you can walk inside is incredible. So much to look at you cant take it all in.
Base youself at Guysers in Rotorua and you are just 1 hour drive to Hobbiton. We got heaps of availability between May and October. Come stay with us for a few days and do Hobbiton. Remember to pre-book in advance.
