Open year round, the resort is surrounded by hills, woods and grassland and adjacent to the Calaveras County Fairgrounds. Resort includes 86 sites, 65 of which are RV sites, mostly pull-through, full hook up, 30/50 amp. If you don't h

appen to be an RVer and still love to camp, there are rustic 1 and 2 room cabins, lodges, and both standard tent sites and premium with water/electricity. Amenities include clean showers/bathrooms, laundry, meeting room, small convenience store, seasonal pool, playground, sand volleyball court, large dog park and kitchen pavilion with stove tops, hot water and picnic tables.

We were thrilled to welcome the amazing Lincoln Hills RV Club for their very first visit to our park!

What a fantastic group of people. It was such a pleasure getting to know them, hearing about their adventures, and learning more about the incredible community they call home. Honestly, after hearing all about it, I can see why they love living there!

The RV Club is part of the vibrant Sun City Lincoln Hills community, which has been thriving for more than 15 years and is home to nearly 12,000 residents across almost 7,000 homes. And when it comes to activities, they truly have something for everyone. With more than 70 clubs and organizations to choose from, including sports, cooking, dancing, theater, music, hiking, and countless others, there's always something happening and a place for everyone to belong.

The RV group that visited us, led by Stephen and Alan, includes around 60 rigs that travel together throughout the year. We were fortunate to be one of their stops, and they brought such a fun, friendly, and welcoming energy with them.

From community events and concerts to markets, social gatherings, and endless recreational opportunities, Sun City Lincoln Hills offers an incredible lifestyle that is hard not to admire.

A huge thank you to Stephen, Alan, and the entire Lincoln Hills RV Club for choosing to spend time with us. We loved having you here and hope to see you again on a future adventure!

We are thrilled to welcome back The Bedouins Club for their third year here at Angels Camp RV Resort! This truly remarkable group, part of Shriners International, continues to inspire us with their dedication and generosity. Through their efforts, they proudly support the life-changing work of Shriners Hospitals for Children while fostering connection, tradition, and community.
With a presence spanning six continents, their organization brings people together in a meaningful way, blending social connection with a shared commitment to helping children in need. It’s genuinely special to witness the positive impact they’ve made on so many lives, and we feel incredibly fortunate to host such an inspiring group here at the park.
Bob and Mary hold a very special place in our hearts. Each year, they light up the room with their warmth and kindness, it truly feels like a celebration whenever they arrive!

We were excited to welcome our first group of 2026 to the campground:
the GMC 49er RV Club for their very first visit! 🚐✨

After a quiet winter, this group definitely brought life and energy back to the park, and we absolutely loved having them here.
Eric and his wife Donna hosted the rally and did a wonderful job organizing everything. The clubhouse was beautifully decorated, and they even had frog-themed games and crafts for everyone to enjoy! The group spent their time making great use of the club room with dinners, morning meetings, and crafts together.
One of my favorite parts was seeing Dave each morning, he would stop in and sing us a song, and it truly made my mornings!
The GMC 49er RV Club has an amazing history. Founded in 1976, they are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year! They hold about six rallies a year and travel in their beautiful classic GMC motorhomes. As they say on their website:
“Our motorhomes are svelte, aerodynamic, and easy to drive with air spring suspension and tandem wheels.”

I truly enjoyed getting to talk with everyone and seeing so many smiles while they enjoyed the park. We already can’t wait to welcome them back again!
