Did you know, Berkeley Springs State Park is one of last remaining West Virginia State Parks without new branding on their sign? This sign is hand painted and features a scene including The Warm Springs Run and the backdrop of Cacapon Mountain. If this sign is replaced with new branding, it will not longer have this scene or the phrase, "America's First Spa".

Here at Charlotte’s, we just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who comes out to support us. Your support has helped us grow more than we ever imagined, and we truly appreciate each and every one of you! 💚

Because of how popular we have become—and with the limited space we have in both our kitchen and dining room—we will be starting a few new weekend guidelines to help us keep service running smoothly for everyone.

Starting Sunday, March 15th:
• Pancakes will only be available until 11 AM
• We will still be serving French toast and waffles after 11 AM
• During our busiest rush times, we will be limiting the number of to-go orders, both from tables and call-ins

These small changes will help our team keep food coming out quickly and maintain the quality you expect from us.

Thank you again for your continued support and understanding—we can’t wait to see you this weekend! ☘️
