There's something about Kentucky Lake when the busy season winds down. 🍂

The boats are a little quieter, the mornings feel a little slower, and the beauty of the lake is still here.

It's one of our favorite things about Cypress Bay. Every season brings something different, and each one gives us another reason to love this little corner of Kentucky Lake.

One last weekend at the Bay. 💙

As our 2026 season winds down, we're soaking up these last few days on Kentucky Lake and feeling grateful for everyone who spent time with us this year.

Our Lighthouse/Gas Dock will be open:

Friday, October 23: 2–6 PM
Saturday, October 24: 10 AM–4 PM

Saturday will be our final day of the season.

Thank you for another wonderful year at Cypress Bay. We're already looking forward to seeing everyone again in 2027!

Seeing all the gifts collected for Stuff the Bus is a reminder of just how much good happens when people come together.

None of this would have been possible without our wonderful customers, friends, and neighbors who gave so generously. Every donation, big or small, is going to make Christmas a little brighter for local families.

🌅 Another Season on Kentucky Lake Comes to a Close

As our 2026 season winds down, we want to take a moment to say thank you.

To our cottage guests, boat slip families, returning visitors, and everyone who spent a little time with us at Cypress Bay this year — thank you for being part of another wonderful season on Kentucky Lake.

From quiet mornings on the docks to long summer days on the water, it's the people and the memories made here that make Cypress Bay such a special place.

Our marina and Lighthouse/Gas Dock will officially close for the season on Saturday, October 24.

Final Lighthouse/Gas Dock Hours:

Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday–Thursday: Closed

Our cottages are also closing for the winter and are scheduled to welcome guests back in mid-March 2027.

Until then, thank you for another season of friendships, lake days, and memories. We look forward to seeing everyone back at the Bay next spring.

Slow down. Stay awhile. 💙

Join us Saturday from 12:00–4:00 PM for our annual Fat Daddy’s & Cypress Bay Marina & Resort Toy Drive! 🎁

🎟️ $25 wristbands at the door
🍔🍺 50% off food & drinks while supplies last
🎸 High Noon Moon live on the dock
🎁 Door prize drawings throughout the day

And the reason we’re doing it all: 100% of the proceeds from the day go toward buying toys for kids in Stewart and Henry counties.

So come have one more cold drink with us, listen to some great live music, and help us fill Christmas with a few more smiles this year.

Labor Day weekend is almost here, and we’re soaking up every last bit of summer on Kentucky Lake. ☀️⚓

The Gas Dock & Lighthouse Store will have extended hours through Labor Day, followed by our September schedule for the rest of the month.
