Summer is in full swing at CGI.

💐 Flowers are blooming all over the property, tended to with care by our full time gardener.

🦋 We have swallowtail butterflies and even some baby crows that just learned how to fly.

☀️ The mornings are warm enough to have coffee ☕️ and pastries 🥐 outside on the patio.

Apparently the groundhog saw his shadow yesterday, which means 6 more weeks of winter…

However, we would like to report that today is 71° with blue skies and lots of Camellia and Daphne flowers in bloom. Calistoga is beautiful in February!

🍾 Add the “Loves Serendipity” package to any reservation for $75 (or $69 at time of booking). We set up champagne flutes, 🥂 a bottle of cold bubbly, and a box of chocolates by in your cottage! When you walk in, it will feel like instant vacation mode.

Each of our 16 cottages offer king beds and a 2-person whirlpool bath tub 🛁 to complete your romantic getaway.

🚜 This was our first year participating in Calistoga’s Lighted Tractor Parade, and we feel so lucky!

🎄 2025 was the 30th anniversary of the

🤩 Over 20k people came to watch the parade in our small town of 5,500!

🥇 Overall, the parade won 4th Best Parade in the US!

🥇 Out of 8 winning categories, Cottage Grove Inn took home “Best Pre-1965 Big Rig etc” for our antique sleigh 🛷 over 100 years old!

🚜 I think we have a new tradition. See you at the parade next year! Planning ahead? It’s always the first Saturday in December, rain or shine (or fog).
