Owning a beachfront property comes with a few surprises.

One of the biggest? People treating your private walkway like a public beach access.

We have No Trespassing signs.
We have a gate.
We have a private outdoor shower for our guests.

And people still walk right through, use the shower, and head to the beach like they own the place.

After multiple warnings and repeated issues, we finally had to call the police.

I love sharing our little piece of the coast with guests, but there’s a big difference between being welcoming and having your private property treated like public property.
