✅ Open floor plan OR land to build a barndominium
✅ Located in Newark, NY School District

🏡 Staying local means Tanner doesn’t have to change schools or friends on top of everything else he’s adjusting to.

This move is a huge financial burden on top of Tanner’s ongoing needs for adaptive technology, medical expenses, and more—and according to the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, the average first-year costs for a spinal cord injury outside of insurance can exceed $100,000.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Robert Biss this week. Bob grew up here at the farm, and we celebrate him as our hometown hero. We are so grateful for his service to our nation. May he rest in peace.
