Meet Virginia — blueberry & thyme-infused New Riff bourbon, lemon, vanilla demerara, and blackberry. Crafted by Robbie McMath, this cocktail is a nod to Virginia Chapman, a longtime Covington community leader who, alongside her husband Morton, opened Anchor Grill in 1946.
