Whether you're hiking, biking, or relaxing by the creek, our spacious RV sites and cozy cabins offer the perfect stay. Our Oasis RV Resort Durango is now under new ownership, with the same friendly and family oriented staff and management as before. It was formally a KOA which was established in 1966. Over time it has been upgraded, expanded, modernized, and kept up very well. Now we have cabins a

nd RV sites for big rigs. Many of our sites are tucked into our juniper trees and aren't parking lot like. Come enjoy like many guests before you. Durango is an exciting and vibrant place to be.. We're in spectacular surroundings, as you can see, close to too many great things to list. The campground is convenient to it all, just 7 miles from downtown Durango and about an hour from Mesa Verde National Park. Don't miss our summer duck races, breakfasts and pies and ice cream. The money that we collect for our summer duck races we donate to various charities that include our local Food Banks, Animal Shelters, and many more.... Labor Day weekend, the sound of Durango changes. Engines rolling through downtown. The Million Dollar Highway packed with riders. Flat track under the lights at the fairgrounds. The Four Corners Motorcycle Rally is back September 3 through 6, and if you have ever wanted to ride it, this is the year.

There is something about a slow Wednesday evening at the Caboose with a glass in hand and the mountains going gold outside.

Wine & Whiskey Wednesday was a full house. Neighbors trading pours, first-time guests pulling up a chair next to monthly folks who have been here all season, and enough good conversation to run the clock right past 9pm. A few new favorites got poured. A few opinions got shared. Nobody left disappointed.

To borrow the line on the invite, there is no bad whiskey around here. Only the ones we have not tried yet.

Nothing says 4th of July at the resort quite like a lineup of rubber ducks bobbing toward a homemade finish line.

The Duck Races were exactly the kind of afternoon this weekend was made for. Kids leaning in with their picks, grown-ups pretending they were not just as invested, and every duck fighting the current our team built just for the occasion. Cheers when the leaders pulled ahead. Groans when a favorite got stuck sideways. A few well-earned prizes at the end.

The kind of small-town, family-owned 4th you do not find at every resort.

Thanks to everyone who came out and made it a holiday to remember. See you at the next one.
