Heritage Motorcycles of Northwest Arkansas celebrates 10 years of great service and great rides!
Since 2014 Heritage Motorcycles® of Northwest Arkansas has offered a top-shelf experience for Indian Motorcycle and Triumph riders of every sort.
“We work hard to provide our customers with the best experience around,” said Marketing Manager, Tammie Neldner. “If you're looking for a new Triumph or Indian Motorcycle®, genuine Indian Motorcycle® apparel, or parts and accessories you've come to the right place.”
“This year is our 10-year anniversary in Northwest Arkansas,” Neldner said. “What sets us apart and why we have been so successful is our friendly service geared toward a superior customer experience from people who ride motorcycles and are passionate about sharing the motorcycle riding experience through Indian and Triumph motorcycles.”
Heritage Motorcycles plays an active role in the annual Bikes, Blues & BBQ motorcycle rally, the world's largest charity rally of its kind. Over the years the event has grown to include multiple cities in Northwest Arkansas.
“We are the Organizers of the Only Indian and Triumph Owners rides, Only Ladies Ride, and the Only American Manufactured on site demo rides,” Neldner said. In 2024, the rally is scheduled for September 18 to 21 in both Rogers and Eureka Springs.
Heritage Motorcycles® was born when two friends, both riders and local businessmen, put their love of motorcycles into action to build a home for America’s first motorcycle brand here in Rogers, Arkansas. What started as Heritage Motorcycle of Northwest Arkansas, grew to include Britain’s most legendary brand as well and now riders from across the region can experience riding a Triumph® or Indian Motorcycle®, here in the Ozarks.
When you're ready to invest in a new or pre-owned motorcycle, Heritage Motorcycles® of Northwest Arkansas is prepared to exceed your expectations. Their unparalleled selection of motorcycles means we have something for every customer that's sure to please. Their friendly and knowledgeable sales, financing, service, and parts departments are prepared to ensure your experience is outstanding, from assisting while making your choice to ongoing maintenance and customization.
“At Heritage Indian Motorcycle® of Northwest Arkansas,” Neldner added, “We value the opportunity to create a long-term relationship with our customers.”
For their customers the feeling seems to be mutual, judging by the five-star reviews Heritage Motorcycles has garnered over the years. Here is just a sample:
“Super-highly recommended! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and a terrific club chapter with lots of activities, rides, volunteer community events and much more. We've bought two Indians here (Vintage and Chieftain) and are completely satisfied. Well-stocked with bikes, accessories, apparel and great service, too. I can't say enough good things about this business.” - Gary B.
“This place is Awesome!!! We drove all the way to Rogers for apparel and service because we will not go to Ozark, MO. We are going to install a hitch on our car and buy a trailer just so we can have work done on our Indian here. WORTH IT!! The staff are so welcoming and the customer service is 10 stars by far! Best apparel and accessories selection I've seen at any Indian dealership. We love this place and will come back as much as possible!” – Holly A.
“Relocated from out of state and needed to get my Triumph checked out and new tires put on. Wow...these guys were amazing. From the beginning to the end, the service has been outstanding. I've been to other shops before and never have I been to a shop of such knowledgeable and friendly associates. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for shop - just go to Heritage - you won't regret it.” – Cory B.
“We love our customers,” Neldner said. “And they know they can count on us for not only the best deal but the best customer experience around.”
“To be in business for an entire decade isn’t something that simply happens,” sales and finance manager, Joshua Van Geersdaele, said. “The cost is great, the stakes are high, the hours longer than we care to admit. And all along the way, the daily risks offer a grueling exercise in perseverance and dedication.
“More often than not, the day-to-day decisions we make are the ones that last the longest. At Heritage Motorcycles of Northwest Arkansas, that’s our strength. Those decisions we make and live with every day have grown our customers to the most loyal, the most dedicated, the most passionate riders in the area, and our reach is growing.
“We can talk all about the best deals, the best customer service, the best team, and we believe we have all of that. But it’s more than what faces the customer. Truly, without question, every decision we make, large or small, has our riders in mind, and most importantly, in heart. They said they wouldn’t last six months… and here we are 10 years later. So raise a glass, folks; here’s to the next 10…”

Cycle Gear: connecting riders with the gear for their journey

Tom Fisher has long been a fan of motorcycles. “I began riding dirt bikes as a teenager. When I graduated from the University of Arkansas I rode cross country on a Suzuki Intruder 1400 before I had to report to my first ‘real job’ in Dallas.”
As the manager of Cycle Gear in Rogers, he combines his passion with his livelihood. The Rogers location is one of 165 Cycle Gear stores in 39 states across the nation, a business that was founded in 1972 by Dave Bertram in Benecia, California.
Fisher started with Cycle Gear in 2016 as the store manager of the Little Rock location. The Northwest Arkansas store was originally located in Fayetteville from 2018 - 2023. The store moved to Rogers in 2023 and Fisher moved to Northwest Arkansas in June of last year to take over that location.
Cycle Gear sells a full line of protective gear to fit every budget, and every rider—including helmets, jackets, gloves, boots and most recently, airbag vests. They also sell apparel, universal parts and tires. “Although we don't service bikes, we do mount and balance motorcycle tires,” Fisher notes.
“We serve many riders,” Fisher says. “Our top riding segments--in no particular order--are Sportbike, Cruiser, Adventure, Off-road, and ATV/UTV.”
Some of the brands Cycle Gear carries are Alpinestars, Dainese, RevIt, Fox, Oneal, AGV, Shoei, Schuberth, Shark, Bell, HJC, Dunlop, Bridgestone, Pirelli and Michelin.
In addition, Cycle Gear has several exclusive brands not sold by dealers or other retailers. These include Sedici, Bilt, Reax, Street & Steel, Axial, Stockton Tools and Duraboost batteries.
“What sets us apart from the competition is our great team of Gear Pros always ready to serve and exceed the expectations of every rider,” Fisher points out.
Fisher and his Gear Pros are looking forward to meeting fellow riders and attendees of the upcoming Bikes, Blues and BBQ rally, scheduled for September 18-21, which Fisher calls “an extraordinary event that brings riders in from all over the country.”
If you’re looking for gear, parts and accessories in Northwest Arkansas, Cycle Gear in Rogers is your place. And while the store is stocked full to meet most riders' needs, you can also find products not carried in stores online at www.cyclegear.com
