We are still on our quest to find the best local beignets! Since we usually just have time on the weekends, it’s going to take us a little while! ⏳ If you have any suggestions, please let us know.

We asked What Up Acadiana! for local beignet recommendations. Today we made our first stop on our “beignet tour“ at the most recommended place. The Coffee Depot in Scott was amazing! We ordered the beignets and a pecan waffle with a side of bacon. Yummers!! The beignets were amazing 🤩 and the pecan waffle (with Steens) was outstanding! We finished it with an iced coffee to go. The staff was very friendly and the building is charming. We will be back! But first we are trying the other stops! We’re willing to gain a few pounds in order to send our guests to the the best places! 😉
