We’re excited to announce that we are incredibly lucky to now have Chef Thomas Burke leading our culinary team at Lost Fox!

Chef Thomas honed his skills in some of the most demanding kitchens in the country, spending formative years in New York City and California. His career includes time in the kitchens of The French Laundry and Le Bernardin where he developed a deep respect for technique, seasonality, and the pursuit of excellence at the highest level. Burke later rose to Executive Chef of La Crémaillère, earning recognition in the
Michelin Guide for three consecutive years during his tenure.

We’re introducing his new menu starting this Thursday. You’ll find Wild Caught Halibut with spring pea risotto, leek and truffle butter emulsion. And our IYKYK “Lost Burger” that is not on the menu but will always be available if you ask. Brisket short rib blend, shallot marmalade, roasted garlic aioli, local aged cheddar cheese on a house made English muffin with house made fries.

We can’t wait to feed you and we know you will love the dishes Chef Thomas creates. Our patio is open nightly and tavern hours are Thursday through Monday, beginning with 4pm Happy Hour.
