For lots of great suggestions on things to do in the Katahdin Region check out the amazing website from Katahdin Woods & Waters National Scenic Byway https://destinationkatahdin.org We look forward to seeing you soon!
We are opening KRMUT East and KRMUT West on Saturday, we have some work to do on the trails over the summer after we get our funding so please be careful, we have some culverts on the KRMUT West trail that need to be reset and several over the summer that we plan on changing out metal to poly. Our plan is to do some graveling in the bad spots and reshaping of the trail. Please be patient and be careful we will be out on the trail rock raking and brush hogging. If you have nothing to do and would like to help out, please contact the Northern Timber Cruisers @ 207 723 6203 and leave a message or see me John Raymond or Arnold Madore. Oh, and you can join NTC online also @ northerntimbercruisers.com See you on the trail!
