Looking for a place to watch the Super Bowl on Sunday? We’ll be showing the game in the Alley Room, with happy hour all night. In addition to half price drinks and our usual assortment of snacks, we’re also whipping up some jalapeño cheddar smoked sausages and chili crisp chicken wings. The sausage of Toulouse, a fresh (not smoked) pork sausage seasoned with roast garlic, white wine, nutmeg, and white pepper. This is the traditional sausage used in cassoulet. We’ll be serving this at happy hour, starting in one hour.
