We recently rigged this NuCanoe UMAX with a Minn Kota RT Terrova for our kayak team to take out and it has been a GAME CHANGER! It handled the choppy water of Long Island Sound and spot locked me perfectly in front of the spot I was fishing.

It’s never been easier to catch fish on a kayak than right now. We are peak fall run which means fish are shallow and easily targeted from a kayak. This Old Town PDL got this fish out of the rocks and into my hands with instant reverse. My hands never left the rod and reel.
