Whatever your passion is, we have it! Looking for a unique dining experience in the Katahdin Region? We are open for dinner by reservation. Sometimes when I have real important things I should be doing, like tax prep, I decide it’s time to take on another project. This time a small one, but so fun! The new Katahdin features a beautifully built king sized bed and Timber Chic, thanks Maine Heritage Timber on the feature wall! With that lake view! 🤩 so stunning!

🍂 Fall is in the air, and we’re getting ready for our final scheduled public dinner service of the season this Saturday, September 26th.

It’s a great fall menu to finish with — Butternut Squash Soup, Hot Honey Salmon or Chicken, Wild Rice, Roasted Green Beans, and Pumpkin Pie with Pumpkin Seed Brittle for dessert.

After Saturday, our regular public dining schedule will take a break until after the holidays. We’ll still be serving dinner to our lodge guests throughout the fall, and from time to time we may have room for additional diners. If you’d like to join us later this fall, give us a call, and we’ll be happy to let you know what’s available.

For this Saturday, reservations are required.

🍂 The feel of fall is in the air at Mt. Chase Lodge!

Cooler evenings are settling in, which can only mean one thing… soup season is upon us. And we’re kicking it off Saturday night with a hearty bowl of Ribeye Chili served with Rustic Molasses Sourdough Bread.

Saturday’s dinner continues with Coconut Curried Salmon with Pickled Cabbage, Rice Pilaf and Roasted Asparagus, followed by a very fall-worthy Pumpkin Crème Brûlée with Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Cookies.

Come enjoy a warm meal and an early taste of fall with us this Saturday, September 12th.

Public welcome by reservation. Reservations required and seating is limited.
