Saturday, May 30

👉 Take a walk through Montauk's colorful history on our Time Traveler Tour. Meet at the Stone Shelter at 10:00am and hear the story of Montauk and the people who lived here over 100 years ago.
👉The historic Montauk Mill will be open for tours from 3-5pm.
👉The worst flood at Montauk in recorded history will be the subject of the Montauk Flood Presentation, beginning at 8:30 pm in the campground amphitheater.

It’s been almost a year and a half since the historic flood nearly wiped us out. The ol’ cabin has a couple of gentle reminders of the night the lights went out. But she’s back!
We’re accepting reservations.

After nearly three months since the disaster, we are finally seeing some progress towards new beginnings.

As everyone is well aware by now, we got hit hard by the flooding. The cabin was lifted off of the concrete pillars, rotated and floated a good 10-15’.
We are planning on rebuilding but will take months before we can even begin.

Looking for a housekeeper for our cabin just outside of Montauk State Park who is available in the middle of the day, seven days a week, although you would not need to clean everyday as our minimum stay is two days.
Must be dependable, have reliable transportation, a great attention to detail, non-smoking, and willing to use your personal washer/dryer to clean linens. Will pay $65 per cleaning. There is a potential for bonuses for the excellent work. This position is great for someone in the Salem MO area.
Also, looking for someone who will mow and weed-eat the property approximately one time per week. This is available for extra pay for the housekeeper that we hire.
