UPDATE: The back to school rush has ended but there’s still time to get away to your favorite little RV park by the sea! We’ve got plenty of sites available through end of August as low as $105/night midweek and weekends start at $145.

With only 16 sites our prices rise FAST when we get booked up, but as a “new” park that still is undiscovered by most RVers and lacks a long history of repeat bookers, we still have stretches when the park is plenty open—and that’s when we bring prices DOWN just as fast.

So if you’ve searched for dates in the past and were turned off by seeing the big “$2“…just keep coming back and you might be surprised what you can find!

BONUS: through Labor Day come on a weekend and enjoy our movie nights Friday and Saturday, complimentary popcorn and snores and hot chocolate on a big screen at the firepit!!! This weekend is Apollo 11 and Apollo 13, upcoming schedule: Friday Night Lighte, Hoosiers, Star Trek 2 & 4, and for Labor Day National Lampoons Vacation and The Great Outdoors.

LABOR DAY UPDATE: everyone always thinks we're booked up well in advance for Holiday weekends but as a "new" park, we still have plenty of spots available for Labor Day.

But we always book up—so if you want to spend the Labor Day holiday in Santa Cruz, BOOK NOW. Rates are only +$30 our standard summer weekend rates, but they will rise as we start to fill up closer to the holiday.

MOVIE NIGHTS at Beach RV are a big hit! We watched the Jim Henson classic “The Labyrinth”, roasted marshmallows and enjoyed hot chocolate by the fire pit.

Hook up for the season in Pleasure Point! Seasonal stay applications now open at Beach RV Pleasure Point.

From October 15 to March 15 we open a handful of our sixteen full-hookup sites to monthly guests. Four-month minimum, flexible start and end dates. Stay the whole season, or park the rig and come and go as you please.

Monthly rates start at $1,900 plus metered electric. Availability is very limited and every stay goes through an application/credit/bkgd check. Periodic move-offs may be required.
