🚨STATE PARKS DO NOT ALLOW DOGS AND ONLY RESIDENTS WITH A PERMIT CAN WALK THEIR DOGS ON THE BEACH DURING REMAIN HOURS 🚨

From peaceful walking trails and scenic coastal spots to patios where you can enjoy a meal with your pup nearby, this guide includes some of our favorite places to explore from Dune Allen to Inlet Beach.

A few important reminders before you go:

🤍 Walton County public beaches require a valid dog-beach permit.
🤍 Permitted dogs must remain leashed and may access the beach only from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.
🤍 State-park rules may differ by location.
🤍 Please call restaurants ahead to confirm current hours and dog-friendly patio availability.
