Have you stayed at our hostel before? Here's a speed run through where to find everything once you've checked in.

Yes, the stairs are the only way up. Always check with our front desk if you need assistance bringing up heavy luggage.

Breakfast is free 6am-10am, continental style with fruit, bread & English muffins, cereals, eggs you cook yourself, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and Bob Red Mill's award winning oats.

We get questions about our locker size all the time. Typically they fit a checked bag and a few backpacks. But they can also fit our staff member, Lukas Lukas Hoel

The hostel also offers nightly events, be sure to check our calendar for daily events!

Our 20 year anniversary of our location in Pike Place is Tuesday. To celebrate, we thought adding some extra events was the way to go!

Sunday, join us as we bring back Sunday brownies and live music. To liven up your morning at the start of the week, Tom will be in the common room playing guitar around 8:30-10:30am.

The fun doesn't stop there. Our Monday w**e night just got competitive with an added game night. Our staff will be playing a Tortoise themed game from around 7:30-10:30pm in the common room. Spots are limited, so we will offer other board games, cards, puzzles and more in the common room at that time.

And finally for Tuesday, the big 20! Join us for a Karaoke Pajama party from 8pm-11pm in the common room. Sign up with your favorite song, or listen to our staff/guests belt out theirs. Karaoke may not be required, but pj's definitely are ;) We'll also be serving our free b**r and ice cream!

Our friend, Treasure State Hostel in Bozeman, MT, is going through an incredibly difficult situation after a fire in the business above them forced the hostel to close.

I can only imagine how exhausting it must be to care for their guests, find alternative accommodations for them at the last minute, and manage everything else that comes with an unexpected closure like this.

Please share their post and help spread the word.

If you or someone you know was planning to stay with them soon, please let them know so they can find alternative accommodations as soon as possible—or encourage them to contact the hostel directly for updates. ❤️

The more we can help spread the word about the current accommodation challenges, the more the team can focus on bringing this wonderful hostel back and creating amazing experiences for travelers once again.

Pioneer Square, Seattle 

Seattle's first neighborhood and historic district has so much to offer. Whether it be coffee shops to  meet with a new friend, a venue to see a local concert, or discovering Seattle artists during an art walk, Pioneer Square has everything you need for your visit to Seattle.

Every first Thursday, wander through galleries, book stores, and local markets. Occasionally you can catch a free concert or event throughout Occidental Square.

Sunsets glow against the red brick buildings, making it a beautiful walk and day!

Two more World Cup Games are scheduled in Seattle. Watch Belgium v Senegal today at 1pm. Last Seattle game is July 6!

Seattle became a watch party this month with bars, restaurants, and parks showing the games all day. Not sure where to watch?

Pier 62 has a barge off of the dock with a large screen. Watch the games along the Puget Sound with views of the Olympic Mountains.

Westlake Park and Occidental Park both have screens set-up as well and are only a short walk from the hostel. Pioneer Square is near the stadium, so bars over there have been busy with fans.

We, of course, will set up our projector again while offering free b**r which started at 9am! Don't miss our dinner tonight at 7pm!!
