Y'all, if there's one breakfast spot worth setting an alarm for in the Smokies — it's Brick & Spoon in Pigeon Forge.

This place brings New Orleans to the mountains. Think Bananas Foster French Toast, Shrimp & Grits, beignets, a pile of pancakes... and a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar with 50 options. Yes, fifty.

The vibe is warm, diner-like, and welcoming — Big Easy energy tucked right into the heart of Pigeon Forge. Honestly the perfect way to ease into a slow morning with your person before you have nowhere to be.

Open daily 7am–2pm. No reservations needed, but go early on weekends. 🤍 It's a hidden gem, for sure.

People always ask us — what do you actually DO at Anson Arbor Farm?

Honestly? You can do absolutely nothing. Or you can explore everything the Smokies have to offer. That part is entirely up to you. 🤍

Everything is optional here, but when guests share their experience, it usually sounds like this...

**Arrive → Pull up, take a breath, and feel the week start to fall away. Your cottage is ready, your porch is waiting, and there's nowhere you have to be.

**Dine → Whether it's a reservation at one of our favorite local spots or a bottle of wine by the outdoor soaking tub under a full sky of stars, dinner here has a different pace.

**Explore → Sleep in, then wander. Hike a trail, find a waterfall, stumble into a hidden gem café — or simply refill your mug and stay right where you are.

**Rest → This is the one guests always mention. You leave feeling like yourselves again. Lighter. Quieter. More connected than you've been in months.
