Patterson Grove, founded in 1868, is dedicated to sharing the message and ministry of God’s love and grace through Jesus Christ. Join us for campmeeting!

Throughout the summer we offer Christian programs and fellowship to all who choose to join us. Patterson Grove is situated in a sugar maple grove on the banks of Kitchen’s Creek near the junction with Huntington Creek. The attractive grounds boast some sugar maples that have been aged between 250 and 300 years old. The Campground is located 5 miles south of Ricketts Glen State Park, and 3 miles no

rth of PA Route 239, near Huntington Mills. The Campground has 103 cottages, an open air Tabernacle, boarding hall, educational unit, recreation hall, picnic pavilion, outdoor chapel, volleyball court, and a children’s play area with swings, sliding board, and picnic tables.

Friday, 8AM to 2PM and again on Saturday…. Our FLEA MARKET will be in full swing! Rain or shine - all our stuff is inside or under cover so don’t worry one bit about the weather! We have MOUNTAINS of stuff! It’s almost all ‘pay what it’s worth to you’—- but every penny supports the Grove!

And there will be fabulous food for sale - breakfast and lunch!

Summer Sundays are something NEW!
And they begin THIS SUNDAY at 10:30AM! This first Sunday we are welcoming Stillwater Christian Church
Let’s join their church at our church!

What you need to know:

We have moved our summer worship services from Sunday evenings to Sunday mornings. All – and we mean EVERYBODY – be they on the grounds/nearby/traveling from far away – are welcome! Join us!

We welcomed local churches to ‘claim a Sunday’ and bring their congregation - maybe even make a day of it and have a picnic. So whether it is one of the 4 Sundays claimed by a local church or one of the 4 where the Grove has invited a pastor, please come!

The services, music and format will likely vary week to week - count it as a blessing! A visiting church might bring a whole band and have entirely contemporary music. Another week we may be singing classic hymns a capella. God is good!

We do not have plans to livestream the services because we do not have a volunteer prepared to do so.

The Snack Bar will open after services for lunch rather than Sunday evenings

REMEMBER: When services are ‘on’ our other facilities are ‘off’ aka not to be used - pond, playground, rec hall, etc. People are expected to be in services, joining from their porch or quietly inside their cottage.

At the grove and getting hungry? Snack Bar opening in about an hour at 5PM today (Saturday)…. Until about 7P. Come on over for dinner or some ice cream. We’ve seen lots of people out and about opening cottages and working on projects…. You deserve a treat!

What are you doing Saturday? While our annual flea market is still a week away (Fri/Sat June 26 & 27) THIS weekend the snack bar will be OPEN on Saturday from 5-7P for a family reunion…. But all are welcome to come out and join us! Come on out for dinner or an ice cream cone! (Picture of some beloved volunteers from 2022!)

Take note! FRIDAY is the day for our first spray. You are encouraged to stay indoors during the spraying. It’s generally first thing in the morning.

Just ONE DAY until our pulled pork supper fundraiser! Friday, June 12. Serving 430-7P. Dine in or take it to go! $15 adults and $7 for kids 5-11. Tomorrow they’ll be making the baked beans and mac and cheese but the pork has been seasoned, slow roasted and pulled… the beets and pickled cabbage are made! Come on out! Bring your friends!
