The 19th Annual Vail Winterfest "Gnome Home" is transforming Vail into a winter wonderland!

Watch the Gore Creek Promenade transform as Paul Wertin and the Alpine Ice team install 25,000 pounds of sculpted ice, featuring larger-than-life gnomes and their forest friends.
Inspired by European folklore and illuminated each evening, this is truly art that melts hearts. Wander through the installation by day or at dusk and experience the magic with the Grand Opening & Lighting Celebration on Sunday, Jan. 25.

Introducing "Things We Love!" our new winter series featuring our staff favorites - truly memorable things to do in the Vail Valley. We love to ski but there is so much more to Vail! We're starting off this week with a dining experience like no other...

For a truly special winter experience, our team highly recommends Beano's Cabin. Cuddle up under warm blankets and enjoy the frosty scenery while you ride in an open air sleigh to a cozy and luxurious mountain cabin where you will enjoy an exquisite 5 course meal, lovingly prepared by Chef Mackenzie Nicholson. An extensive wine list and live music (most nights!) round out a perfect experience. Then sit back and enjoy the starry night sky as you are returned to the magical village of Beaver Creek (and just a few minutes more until you are home to Vail Spa)!
