Snow's Cut RV Retreat is a new multi-acre boutique park, opened in 2020 and conveniently located in Wilmington, NC just 5 minutes from Carolina Beach. It is situated directly across from the Intracoastal Waterway. Phases I and 2 of the park are open with 35 lots serving RVs up to 42' in length. Most of our lots are set up for monthly rentals, however, we do have a handful of transient lots. Phase

II includes 15 larger pull-through lots than in Phase I. Phase III is now open and contains 28 large lots.

While we all love a good campfire, please remember that North Carolina is under a statewide BURN BAN.

That means no burning of any kind while in our campground until further notice.

Propane fire pits are also banned under the ordinance. Please pay attention and help us to keep our state safe until the ban is lifted! Thank you!
