These thoughtfully equipped little cottages are just a 4 minute walk to the sea through the picturesque Langezandt Fishermen’s Village estate. Enjoy a restful retreat to restore body and soul and re-connect with all that is most important in life.

Extra features include an outdoor hot water shower, fridge/freezer, washing machine, outside toilet, storage space for surfboards and fishing tackle, and Netflix & YouTube premium.

There are two little cottages, a spacious pergola with a 6 seater table, and a single garage fitted with a double sink, washing machine, and fridge/freezer.

Cottage 1: has a bedroom with a double bed, separate shower and toilet, and a living space with a small lounge dining area, and a kitchenette, which is well-equipped with a two-pate gas stove, microwave, and convenient bar fridge (there is a full size fridge/freezer, double sink, and washing machine in the garage). Cleverly fitted cupboards and drawers make maximum use of space, and everything you could possibly need is provided.

Cottage 2: has two single beds and a spacious shower/toilet. There is a cupboard with hanging space and drawers, and a small workspace with a shelf for the coffee/tea station.

The loft, accessed by outside steps, has a single bed. There is an extra toilet outside.

BEACHFRONT (Sea Facing) Double Story House just released for availability from 21 December 2025 to 5th January 2026!

This much loved Holiday Home sleeps up to 10 people.

Accommodation consists of a large Living/Dining room which is +- 10 meters long and is open plan to the Kitchen .The Living area seats +- 10 people comfortably and the Dining room table also 10. French doors to the North lead to an undercover Braai/dining Patio with Gas Braai and table seating 10. French doors to the East ( sea facing ) lead to a covered stoep with seating.

The Kitchen is situated to the South and consists of Gas Hob with Electric Oven, 2 Fridge Freezers, Microwave and sufficient cutlery and crockery for 20 place settings. There is a Dishwasher adjacent the double sink. Adjacent the Kitchen is a Utility room with W/machine and drier and Back door to an enclosed drying yard.

There are 2 Double bedrooms off the Living room, both with 2 single beds each. One is Sea Facing and has an en-suite shower – the other Street facing with en suite Bath with shower. Upstairs there is a Master Bedroom with King size bed – it has an en suite bath and a separate shower. A T.V. Lounge separates the Master Bedroom from the 4th Bedroom which has 2 separate beds and an en suite shower. Both bedrooms and the T.V. Lounge are seafacing – the Master bedroom and The T.V. Lounge have access to a balcony with outdoor seating and a magnificent view of the Bay towards Arniston – Ideal for Sundowners.

There is no fibre – remember you are on Holiday !

The Cottage consists of two single beds and an en suite shower. All Bedrooms have adequate cupboard and storage space.

Access to the beach is from a gate situated at the South side of the Property directly onto the boardwalk and then +- 150 paces to the beach.
