Behind the scenes
People sometimes tell us how lucky we are to own a lodge. And we are proud at what we are achieving 🤍
But what you don’t always see are the late nights, the early mornings, and the weekends spent painting, renovating and fixing rooms between guest stays.
We’re raising a young family, still working our professional careers in the city, and somehow finding the time to keep building and improving this little place we love in the Southwest.
It’s not always glamorous — sometimes it’s paint rollers, drop sheets and very late nights! 😂
But we’re doing it together. And when we step back and look at what we’ve created, it makes every late night, every long day and every bit of hard work worth it.
