Highway 114 in Fundy National Park.

Falcon Ridge Inn Bed and Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay in New Brunswick. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the fantastic views, the comfortable accommodation and, most of all, the warmth of our hosts.
Alma is a small village centred around its harbour, but don't let its size fool you – there are plenty of options for visitors, with places to eat, things to see and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The Inn is perfectly placed to enjoy the changing views across the harbour and Bay of Fundy, with the scenery constantly changing with the tides and weather.
Our room was very comfortable and well appointed, with a particularly comfortable bed and a good selection of teas. Breakfast was another highlight, with a plentiful choice of both hot and cold options.
The hosts were superb – welcoming, knowledgeable and great company. They were happy to chat and gave us plenty of useful recommendations for places to eat and visit. Their local knowledge really helped us get the most from our time in the area.
There was also a lovely attention to detail in the daily service. For example, the milk in our room was topped up, which may sound like a small thing, but those little touches make a difference and show that the guest experience is being considered.
The village itself is walkable from the Inn, although there is a fairly steep hill down into the centre. This wasn't a problem for us, but it's worth knowing about if you have mobility difficulties or simply don't fancy a climb back up after dinner!
Alma is an excellent base for exploring Fundy National Park and the Fundy Trail Parkway. It's also well placed for a coastal drive around Cape Enrage and through Fundy-Albert County. But equally, it's a place where you can simply slow down, enjoy the harbour views and embrace a much more relaxed pace of life.
For us, that combination of great hosts, comfortable accommodation, thoughtful touches and an ever-changing view made Falcon Ridge Inn Bed and Breakfast a superb place to stay. Highly recommended.
