These awards mean so much to us—but they don’t belong to a building, they belong to people.
As General Manager, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to our entire team.
To our front-of-house staff who welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care—you are the face of what we do, and you set the tone for every stay.
But just as importantly, I want to recognise those working behind the scenes. Our housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance —your hard work, attention to detail, and dedication are what make these standards possible every single day. You may not always be seen, but your impact is felt in every corner of the Lodge.
This achievement is truly a team effort, and I’m incredibly grateful to work alongside such a committed and passionate group of people.
And of course, thank you to our wonderful guests for your continued support—we couldn’t do it without you.
