Pets are allowed but an additional charge of £85 per stay this will assist the cleaner to carry out an additional deep clean - it is up to the owners of the pets to clear all mess from all front and back garden areas and to clean all mess whilst out on walks - pets are not allowed on the furniture (unless own blankets are used to cover seating)or upstairs - if you use any additional blankets for the pets then please highlight so the cleaner can ensure these are cleaned
each additional guest above 6 will be an additional £85 charge per night unless agreed by host for a reduction in costs

Located in the heart of South West Wales and in the town of Llanelli, Yazelle is perfectly located to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding areas of Carmarthenshire, the Gower and Pembrokeshire as well as the Brecon Beacons; whether you’re a family, walkers, cyclists or the general outdoorsy type, it’s the perfect base for many local places of interest and activities. The house is a ten minute walk in one direction to Llanelli town centre with shops, pubs and restaurants, and a five minute walk in the other to the Millennium Coastal Park with the Elle bay Bistro and Brasserie, town beaches and the start of the Coastal path. Llanelli is well placed for access to Cefn Sidan, Wales' longest beach and numerous activities at the stunning family friendly Pembrey Country Park. The Millennium Coastal Park passes through for miles of traffic free cycling and walking along beautiful clear seawater estuary coastline. Yazelle is within easy day trip reach of the Gower Peninsula and Pembrokeshire coastlines for breath-taking scenery, beaches and walking. Carmarthenshire is informally known as the 'garden' county of Wales; the National Botanic Garden of Wales, historic gardens, houses and places of interest are all within manageable travel distances. For those golfers amongst you the Machynys Golf Club is a five minute drive away where golfers can try their skill on this award winning Jack Nicklaus course. The country club on the course is open to non-members and facilities include a clubhouse, restaurant, conference facilities and spa.
