This one went down a treat at our recent staff menu tasting - the plate was cleared! 😄

Our new Executive Head Chef, Jamie, and The CB Kitchen Team have been busy so far this October, cooking up plenty of new, tasty dishes for our menu.

We use fresh, local produce wherever we can - we’re pretty lucky to have the Yorkshire Dales on our doorstep!

Introducing ‘The Meat Trencher’ and ‘The Fish Plank’… two new sharing board starters on our evening menu.😍

🥩 The Meat Trencher is adorned with local cured meats, crispy lamb leg, game terrine, smoked duck, pickles, almonds and sourdough.

🐟 The Fish Plank serves up so**ed sardines, smoked salmon, cod’s roe, tempura king prawns, pickled cucumber and sourdough.

A little look at what’s been coming out of our kitchen recently. 👀

🍽️ Pan roasted lamb rump with crispy braised lamb leg, marinated courgettes and sauce vierge.

🍽️ Chargrilled whole roasted black bream with caper & brown shrimp butter, sea vegetables and buttery Ratte potatoes.

🍽️ Pan fried pigeon breast with beetroot fondant, cavolo nero, gin soaked blackberries and game sauce.
